My journey in real estate began in 1988 in California, where I invested in rental properties and flipped homes long before HGTV made it trendy. After navigating two major housing

market crashes and nearly two decades of hands-on investment experience, I relocated to Charlotte in 2006. Within a year, I became a licensed Realtor® in both North and

South Carolina, determined to reestablish myself in a new market—and I did just that.
